Bobby Logan is a parent, husband, and an experienced prosecutor and investigative attorney who has spent his career putting criminals in prison, protecting families, and cracking down on corporate fraud.

Bobby worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx and Suffolk County before serving as an Assistant District Attorney and Bureau Chief for the Saratoga County DA’s office.  He has logged thousands of hours in the courtroom for over a decade, including successfully prosecuting high profile special victims and domestic violence crimes, and he managed and trained other Assistant District Attorneys and set policy for the unit as the Bureau Chief for the Vehicular Crime Unit in Saratoga County – all with the goal of enforcing the rule of law, keeping families safe, and putting serious offenders behind bars.  

Bobby now serves as an attorney in the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, leading an investigative team to root out and prosecute fraud cases. 

After graduating from Molloy College, Bobby worked in the New York State legislature, going on to earn his Master's Degree in Public Administration from SUNY Binghamton and Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. 

Bobby lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife, Alicia, and their three children.
